Creating social content for a telco means working within clear constraints: every post has a purpose, every offer needs to be understood at a glance, and the challenge is making it feel like something people would actually stop to engage with.

As part of iliad’s social media team, I work closely with a copywriter to turn briefs, trends and community conversations into visual ideas. From the first concept to the final asset, I lead the visual development end to end, designing content across static posts, carousels, stories and motion while staying consistent with the brand’s visual identity.

The projects below include offer-led communication, community-driven content, campaign launches and special activations, including the Megan Gale campaign, one of iliad’s most visible brand campaigns of the year. Together, they show how the same visual system can adapt to different goals without losing its recognisability.
